




**Description** Responsible for creating artwork and designs aimed at supporting the accurate promotion of the company’s brand and its visual identity system, developed for both internal needs and the company’s marketing campaigns. **Responsibilities and Duties** Edit videos and motion graphics according to the technical specifications of each channel; Create and develop materials for various channels (digital marketing, social media, e-books, infographics, presentations, promotional materials, and events), including image editing when required; Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand requirements and translate them into creative and functional design solutions; Create and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal guidelines and procedures; Contribute to the development of visual concepts and design strategies that strengthen brand recognition and user engagement; Create sales pages, landing pages, creatives, and copy, critically evaluating materials to ensure quality and adherence to company standards; Analyze, prototype, and deliver landing pages on CRM platforms or WordPress, focusing on user experience and conversion; Support the development and implementation of data-driven design, assisting in conducting ongoing tests; Support the email marketing development team when necessary; Assist in video editing for social media and paid traffic campaigns; Ensure all materials are correctly archived in the department’s digital folder, including final and editable versions; Support the web designer in creating graphic assets, website updates, and web optimizations; Analyze the results and impact of delivered materials and initiatives, aiming for continuous optimization and proposing improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related fields; Design skills, including proficiency in the Adobe suite and related tools; Intermediate knowledge of A/B testing; Experience creating artwork and videos for advertisements on major social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google, and TikTok; Knowledge of design best practices: typography, color, shape, and how to consciously integrate these elements; Ability to manage and use core Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere); Basic knowledge of layout and print-ready file preparation; Knowledge of Premiere and After Effects; Basic understanding of landing page development best practices; Basic knowledge of copywriting development; Basic knowledge of web design and WordPress
