Job Summary: We are seeking a PJ Programmer to join our technology team, focusing on the development and maintenance of web applications and APIs in a dynamic and cooperative environment. Work with modern technologies to build scalable and secure solutions. **Position: Programmer – PJ** Location: Cuiabá – MT (on-site) Employment Type: Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) **Working Hours** * 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Compensation** * R$ 4.200,00 to R$6.000,00 (PJ) **Technologies Used** * React JS * Java + Spring Boot * Python * PostgreSQL * AWS **Requirements** * Proven experience in software development * Strong programming logic and problem-solving skills * Practical experience in web application development * Experience with at least one of the following stacks: React, Java (Spring Boot), or Python * Knowledge of REST API development * Experience with code versioning (GitHub) * Knowledge of relational databases (modeling and queries) * Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) * Understanding of software architecture and development best practices **Responsibilities** * Develop, enhance, and maintain APIs and web applications * Implement new features and drive continuous improvements * Participate in technical problem analysis and resolution * Collaborate with the team to develop scalable solutions * Ensure code quality by adhering to best practices **Preferred Qualifications** * AWS experience * Knowledge of Clean Code principles * Understanding of SOLID principles * Familiarity with UI Components * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Experience in corporate projects **Selection Process** * List your technologies and proficiency level * List your programming languages and proficiency level * Typing test (Ratatype) – submit screenshot of results **Commute Time** Submit screenshots (Google Maps) showing commute time for: * **Outbound:** From your residence to Optimus Investimentos. * **Return/Post-Work Destination:** From Optimus Investimentos to your destination after work (e.g., home, university, etc.). **Work Location:** \- Optimus Investimentos Ed.
