Organization of documents and internal processes **Job Title:** Administrative and Financial Assistant (Intermediate Excel) – Remote – CLT **About the Job:** We are seeking an organized and responsible professional to handle administrative and financial routines remotely under a full-time CLT employment contract. **Main Responsibilities:** * Payables and receivables processing * Financial data entry and control in systems and spreadsheets * Basic financial information reconciliation * Updating and organizing Excel spreadsheets * General administrative support * Time tracking management and HR activity support * Organization of documents and internal processes **What We Expect From You:** * Prior experience in administrative and/or financial routines * Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas and data organization) * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and committed * Ability to follow established processes and routines * Experience with financial systems or ERP is desirable **Work Location:** * Remote * CLT employment – Full-time schedule (Monday to Saturday) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM * Saturday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.000,00 (CLT) * Meal allowance: R$ 500.00/month * Remote work allowance: R$ 200.00/month **Selection Process:** * Practical Excel test will be administered **How to Apply:** Submit your resume via Indeed or provide your details during the application process.
