The role involves supporting pre\-preparation, organization, and cleaning routines in the kitchen, ensuring operations proceed in an agile and safe manner. * Assist in plating dishes, preparing trays, coffee breaks, and buffets. * Organize, label, and store products in cold rooms and storage areas. * Perform shelf-life control and stock rotation (FIFO). * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately. * Wash utensils, pots, and equipment. * Contribute to general kitchen cleaning at the end of the shift. * Follow good practices and food safety standards.
