Description: * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and specifying (functional and non-functional) requirements, as well as writing/validating user stories. * Proficiency in use cases, UML (diagrams, flows), business rules, and basic prototyping. * Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience in backlog refinement. * Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence (and, where applicable, ServiceNow). * Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings with technical and business teams. * Basic understanding of databases and programming logic. * Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and system modeling (use cases, sequence diagrams). * Experience in analyzing legacy systems and mapping integrations (APIs, distributed environments/microservices). * Ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders, especially in environments involving multiple actors and decision-making levels. * Prior experience in projects for public sector entities and understanding of administrative processes applicable to the public sector is desirable. * Elicit, map, and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and interactive sessions with stakeholders and users. * Act as a bridge between business and development, ensuring mutual understanding, alignment, and clarity of requirements. * Develop and maintain specifications (user stories, use cases, workflows/BPMN, business rules, prototypes). * Support agile backlog refinement by detailing backlog items and clarifying team questions. * Validate deliverables with clients (internal/external) and support QA/testing in verifying acceptance criteria. * Perform impact analysis of changes and propose viable solutions for the business. * Model processes (AS\-IS/TO\-BE) using BPMN, diagrams, and use cases. * Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective), where applicable. * Ensure version control, traceability, and ongoing updates of requirements throughout their lifecycle. * Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements elicitation and documentation processes within the software factory. 2512170202551407913
