




Job Description: What you need to have: * Degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate studies in progress or completed (preferred); * Experience in accounting activities, preferably in medium- to large-sized companies or accounting firms; * Hands-on experience with accounting entries, reconciliations, classification, account analysis, monthly/annual closing, and preparation of financial reports; * Knowledge of accounting standards (CFC, CPC, IFRS), tax regulations (tax withholding), and cooperative legislation; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. A brief overview of your day-to-day responsibilities: * Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring accuracy of financial information; * Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations; * Integrate and reconcile payroll data; * Analyze and review accounting entries to ensure compliance with applicable legislation; * Ensure proper classification of accounting entries and seamless integration between finance and tax departments; * Prepare and present accounting and financial reports; * Support cost control and analysis, including fixed and variable costs; * Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring data completeness and accuracy; * Help implement improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency and compliance; * Stay up to date on accounting standards, regulations issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS), tax laws, and cooperative legislation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance; * Carry out accounting and management closing routines, record transactions, perform reconciliations, and compile accounting and tax balances, ensuring accurate recording and reliability of information; * Monitor and support the preparation of management reports and assist in preparing financial statements; * And other related duties. 2512140202201826248
