Natter is seeking a professional to join our team as Driver II. If you have experience driving vehicles and trucks to transport people and products, ensuring prudent and traffic law-compliant driving, and are passionate about your work, this opportunity is for you! Our goal is to promote sustainable integration among nature, people, and technology to drive the growth of our company, employees, customers, and suppliers—ensuring prosperity and longevity for our "extended family". **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and trucks, following the defined checklist, to assess their condition, functionality, and/or assist in repairs and part replacements * Verify delivery locations to comply with the established schedule * Drive various vehicles—including buses, minibuses, munck trucks, dump trucks, roll-on/roll-off system trucks, tankers, 3/4-ton vehicles, and light vehicles—according to the prescribed route and on internal roads * Pay attention to the route, audible or visual indicators, and other warning signs that may compromise or interrupt the intended operation * Assist in loading and unloading transported products, verifying their safety * Operate munck and roll-on/roll-off systems, handling hydraulic systems for loading/unloading equipment and general products * Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including lubrication and replacement of damaged parts; for more complex issues, request specialized maintenance to prevent major failures and breakdowns during operations * Submit travel expense reports, organizing fiscal documents to substantiate incurred expenses * Support preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance at workshops, performing washing, part replacement, lubrication, basic welding, and other mechanical and electrical repairs to ensure proper vehicle condition **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category D; category E preferred * Knowledge of transporting people and goods * Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles and trucks * Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance * Demonstrate diligence, organization, willingness to help, and commitment to assigned tasks **Additional Information** * National Unimed Health Plan; * Life Insurance; * Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and on-site accommodation; * Educational Assistance; Meal allowance. * #### **Natter •** **Caring for Nature and Passion for the Land.** Natter was founded in 2010 and has since advanced Brazilian agriculture toward greater productivity and sustainability.
