Job Summary: Technically lead the mapping and optimization of processes, developing and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and standardization, while guiding the team. Team training and enhancement of technical skills. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for technically leading organizational process mapping and optimization activities, developing and implementing advanced strategies to ensure operational efficiency and procedural standardization, as well as guiding the technical team. Develop process flowcharts and produce standardized documentation through process mapping and managerial diagnostics. Draft and review standard operating procedures and work instructions, applying document standardization knowledge to enable operational standardization. Analyze process cycles and costs, identifying improvement and efficiency opportunities aimed at optimizing workflows, resolving bottlenecks, and reducing costs. Build and analyze advanced performance indicators using strategic management methodologies to establish a results-oriented management culture. Conduct market research via benchmarking, exploratory research, and competitive analysis to generate insights for product development and business strategies. Develop and implement the process area structure, designing workflows, customer journey maps, and departmental indicator trees to institutionalize the process function within the company. Design and deliver advanced training courses focused on Process Management, leveraging professional expertise to train the team and enhance their technical skills. Create robust presentations to clearly communicate necessary information to both leadership and the team. Provide technical guidance to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of organizational processes. **Requirements:** Education: Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Quality Management, or related fields. Experience: Up to 6 months of experience in the relevant field. Advanced Computer Skills: Full Microsoft Office Suite and izagi Modeler; Automation tools (e.g., Zapier). Advanced Technical Knowledge: Business Process Management Notation (BPMN), Operational Documentation Development, Process Analysis Methodologies.
