Opportunity to join an experienced and innovative team **Date Posted:** 2026\-04\-23**Country:** Brazil**Location:** LOC6043: SAAN Quadra 03 Lote 30 Unidade 2 Brasília, Distrito Federal, 70\.632\-300**Job: Resident Technician – Mato Grosso** **Work Schedule and Location**: Monday through Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18, operating in Nova Mutum, Lucas do Rio Verde, Sorriso, and Sinop, as per regional operational planning; on-call duty may apply according to schedule. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance on Otis and multibrand elevators, as well as escalator maintenance, based on demand. * Carry out all maintenance activities within the assigned region, ensuring equipment remains in perfect working and safe condition. * Fully comply with the Route Sheet and Regional Maintenance Plan. * Proactively identify potential failures, anticipate issues, and prevent recurrence of service calls. * Identify and propose opportunities for new commercial partnerships within the serviced region. * Strictly follow all safety procedures, meeting all required criteria to ensure personal safety and that of users. **Required Specific Knowledge** * Experience with multibrand equipment. * Hands-on experience in elevator and escalator maintenance. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between cities in the region. **Who Are We Looking For?** * Candidate with completed high school education. * Technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics. * Safety certifications: NR10 and NR35\. * Experience in maintenance, technical support, and repairs for elevators and escalators, preferably multibrand. **Why Join Otis?** You’ll become part of the world’s leading company in moving people, working alongside an experienced, respected team focused on developing solutions that create generational legacies.
