




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code Perform daily logistics operations via system Manage fleet (tracking, cleaning, and maintenance) Update and monitor operational spreadsheets (e.g., vehicle mileage, customers, etc.) Support billing with information on completed and released service orders Support the sales department in tracking follow-up actions after service order completion Monitor technicians’ daily activities Provide customer support and service Monitor the company’s chat channel and respond to service requests Monitor the corporate mobile phone and respond to customer requests Handle incoming telephone calls Assist with basic inventory control Open technical service requests when necessary Perform predominantly internal tasks, with rare external assignments **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in administrative or logistics-related fields Relevant work experience is a plus **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher
