Job Summary: Responsible for audiovisual capture, editing, post-production, content management, and creative development, ensuring technical and aesthetic quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operate recording equipment and ensure technical and aesthetic quality. 2. Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects. 3. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and multimedia projects. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** MON-FRI 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00; SAT 09:00-13:00 (occasionally) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Audiovisual Capture (Image and Sound)** * Operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and other recording equipment. * Ensure technical and aesthetic quality in productions, adhering to defined standards. * Conduct recordings in studio and outdoor environments, adapting to diverse contexts and lighting conditions. **Editing and Post-Production** * Edit videos using software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop or similar). * Insert subtitles, soundtracks, visual effects, voice-overs, bumpers, and animated graphics. * Perform color correction, audio mixing, finalization, and ensure aesthetic and technical consistency of the audiovisual product. **Content and Materials Management** * Organize and maintain an up-to-date archive of videos, images, and soundtracks. * Perform backups and version control, ensuring compliance with copyright laws and image usage rights. * Manage audiovisual equipment and materials. **Creative Development** * Research trends, emerging technologies, and audiovisual languages. * Suggest improvements to production processes and workflows. * Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content, and multimedia projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * Technical proficiency in audio and video recording, editing, and post-production. * Creativity, refined aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. * Strong organizational skills for managing materials and deadlines. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's Degree * Prior experience in this role **Desirable** Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. * **Benefits:** Education allowance, Remote work allowance, Health insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
