Report preparation and performance indicator management **Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the monitoring center and electronic security operational teams, ensuring proper functioning of CCTV, alarm, and other security technologies, thereby guaranteeing service quality for clients and adherence to operational procedures. **Responsibilities:** · Coordinate CCTV monitoring center activities, ensuring operational continuity. · Supervise monitoring operators and access controllers. · Ensure proper operation of CCTV, alarm, access control, and monitoring software systems. · Monitor operational incidents and ensure compliance with security protocols and operational procedures. · Analyze images, reports, and event logs as needed for incident investigation. · Prepare operational reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and incident records. · Coordinate operational team work schedules. · Interface with clients, contract managers, and other company departments. · Monitor service quality and propose improvements to operational processes. · Ensure compliance with internal regulations, information security policies, and applicable legislation. · Conduct periodic site visits and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. · Support training and capacity building for CCTV operators and operational teams. · Conduct periodic alignment meetings with supervisors and the administrative department. · Manage crises and make decisions in risk or incident situations. **Requirements:** · Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Security Management, Information Technology, Process Management, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** · CCTV and video surveillance systems · Access control and alarm systems · Monitoring and incident management software · Preparation of operational reports · Performance indicator (KPI) management · Basic knowledge of physical security and emergency protocols Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work for Brasília, DF
