




Job Summary: Responsible for the entire procurement cycle—from quotation and negotiation to supplier management and cost optimization—ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement. Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Conduct quotations, negotiations, and finalization of purchases for materials, supplies, or services; Develop, qualify, and evaluate suppliers; Negotiate contracts, delivery timelines, pricing, and commercial terms; Issue and track purchase orders through final delivery; Analyze departmental KPIs (costs, savings, delivery lead times, supplier performance); Ensure compliance with internal policies and budgetary constraints; Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement; Monitor inventory levels jointly with relevant departments; Prepare departmental reports and KPIs. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; Proven experience in procurement; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Strategic negotiation skills; Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications: ERP system knowledge; Sense of urgency; Internal and external customer service experience; Market analysis and negotiation skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); Analytical, proactive, and strong communication skills.
