Deliver humane and efficient service throughout the sales process. ### **Job Mission** Work in the commercial area focusing on prospecting, consultative service, and preparing comprehensive proposals for clients. Ensure a humane and efficient experience throughout the entire sales process, helping Brazilian families gain access to dignified housing and realize their dream of homeownership. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute internal and external initiatives to attract new customers. * Present price lists, commercial terms, and clarify technical information according to the descriptive memorandum. * Prepare and submit registrations for approval by the financial agent, complying with current regulations. * Conduct in-person and digital channel service, ensuring the company's quality standards. * Manage and monitor the customer portfolio (leads) jointly with the Sales Assistants team. * Support the Supervisor in strategic planning of commercial activities. * Provide support for requests from Correspondents and the Supervisor. * Lead negotiations and service interactions alongside Sales Assistants. * Achieve monthly sales targets while adhering to regional rules and commercial policies.
