Job Summary: We are seeking a senior Data Visualization specialist to lead the design, development, and evolution of executive and analytical dashboards in Power BI. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions We are seeking a senior Data Visualization specialist to lead the design, development, and evolution of executive and analytical dashboards in Power BI, with emphasis on performance, usability, and decision support. The professional will work closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into high-impact, easily adoptable visual solutions. **Responsibilities**: Gather requirements from business areas and translate them into dashboards and reports incorporating storytelling and UX principles applied to Power BI. Model data and optimize DAX and Power Query (M) for performance. Ensure visual standardization and consistency of KPIs. Publish and maintain content in Power BI Service, including security (RLS) and basic artifact governance. Support executive decision-making through analysis, insights, and presentations. **Requirements** Senior-level Power BI expertise: advanced DAX, Power Query (M), dimensional modeling, complex measures, performance optimization, and best practices in dashboard design. Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation, extraction, and query performance. Experience gathering requirements and translating them into business metrics and KPIs. Experience working in corporate environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** Databricks for transformation (pySpark, notebooks) Genie Spaces (AI/BI on Databricks) for natural-language data exploration experiences (basic configuration and management) Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Meal Voucher ### **Department:** Government
