**Position: IT Support and Systems Manager** **Employment Type: CLT or PJ** **Work Mode: On-site** **Work Location: Brasília \- DF** **Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT** **Mandatory Requirements / Technologies / Required Knowledge** **Main Responsibilities** Manage the technical support team, ensuring agile and high-quality service to internal users. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment, guaranteeing full functionality of the technology infrastructure. Coordinate ERP system operations and continuous improvements, aligning it with business needs. Plan and execute IT hardware and equipment logistics—from procurement through disposal—ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Monitor and manage technical support tickets, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and service levels. Define and implement processes for IT asset control, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventories. Identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities related to support, maintenance, and systems. Collaborate with other company departments to identify technological requirements and propose effective solutions. Implement Visual Management Processes. Align business area needs with development activities. Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or related IT service management disciplines. Knowledge of sustainability practices in IT equipment logistics. Experience in medium- or large-sized enterprises.
