




Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, and/or postgraduate degree in IT or related fields with more than 360 hours. * Participation in alignment and planning meetings (including timeline estimates, risks, expectations, and objectives) with technical or business areas. * Participation in technical or business-related discussions or demonstrations. * Proposal and execution of actions to meet the quality standards required by the CLIENT. * Direct and active engagement with the Infrastructure area, including clarification of questions and provision of necessary support for the proper functioning of production products, as well as continuous pursuit of process improvement across departments. * Proposal and execution of actions to maintain balance in demand management with the business area, including mapping of recurring issues, necessary improvements, known deficiencies, among others. * Operation of the demand management system, including classification, routing, and tracking of demands. * Monitoring of solution validation and implementation processes, including execution and monitoring of required technical and operational procedures. * Statistics on product maintenance, including critical/severe incidents occurring during the period. * Mapping of problems/solutions that occurred during the period. * Activities carried out with business areas. * Relevant incidents related to environments provided by infrastructure.
