**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities, preparing service execution reports; Conducting field surveys in buildings, monitoring planned vs. executed work, material quantity surveys; Providing support to Architects and Engineers with drawings, surveys, quantifications, and technical reports; Assisting in the development of building systems projects (electrical, hydraulic-sanitary, fire prevention and firefighting, mechanical installations), analysis of technical proposals, and preparation of reports and spreadsheets; Supporting the development and analysis of 2D projects. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Familiarity with 2D and 3D software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (solid knowledge in Excel).
