Key Highlights: 1. Industrial input and installation supply management. 2. Maintenance of leased assets and supplier development. 3. Budget analysis and compliance with safety regulations (NR-35). Ensure the supply of raw materials for manufacturing, safety components for installation, and maintenance of the leased fleet, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations (e.g., **NR\-35**) and cost efficiency. **Industrial Input Management:** Procurement of steel, fasteners, steel cables, and components for manufacturing fall protection systems. **Installation Supplies:** Ensure field teams have PPE, electric tools, and consumable materials for installations in buildings. **Leased Asset Maintenance:** Procurement of replacement parts and scheduling of maintenance services for machines and equipment designated for leasing. **Supplier Development:** Qualify suppliers meeting quality and technical certification requirements set by the safety engineering department. **Budget Analysis:** Conduct a \\"quotation map\\" comparing not only price but also delivery timelines and technical specifications.
