Organization and maintenance of documents related to tests **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Patient reception and welcoming: Greet patients arriving at the laboratory department, providing friendly service, clarifying initial questions, and guiding them on procedures to be performed. * Hospital system registration: Enter patients' personal information into the hospital system, including identification data, health insurance plan (health coverage), and requested test type, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate in the system. * Health insurance authorization: Request test authorizations from health insurance providers following hospital-established procedures, and monitor authorization status to ensure tests are performed without complications. * Telephone support: Answer patient calls, providing information about test scheduling, preparation instructions, required documentation, and available time slots. * Test result verification: Check and inform patients about the status of their test results, providing guidance on how and when results will be available, in accordance with hospital policies. * Direction to collection area: Guide patients regarding the location and procedure for sample collection, directing them clearly and efficiently to the collection area. * Document organization: Organize and maintain documents related to tests—such as forms and health insurance authorizations—in an orderly and accessible manner to facilitate access by technical and administrative staff. **Requirements:** Completed high school education.
