Description: CORRECTION OF THE SIMPLIFIED SELECTION PROCESS FOR HIRING DESTINED TO WORK IN PROJECTS OR PROGRAMS NOTICE NO. 31 **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for the management and execution activities of Projects and Programs of the Agency; * Prepare studies, technical notes and documents aimed at monitoring and evaluating Projects and Programs; * Support the preparation of work plans, schedules and instruments for the execution of Projects and Programs; * Monitor and supervise contracts, partnerships and services related to Projects and Programs; * Monitor performance indicators, deadlines and results of Projects; * Operate and update internal project management systems, including document routing, activity monitoring and institutional communication; * Contribute to the organization of workflows related to project execution and improvement of work processes; and * Perform other related activities concerning project implementation. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Public Management, Production Engineering or Sanitary and Environmental Engineering. Professional experience in project management or risk management related to public health policies. **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed lato sensu postgraduate degree in one of the following areas: * Project Management; * Risk Management; * Public Management; * Business Management; * ESG and Compliance; * Collective Health. * Completed master's degree in one of the following areas: * Administration; * Public Management; * Collective Health. * Additional training in project management or risk management software. * Systemic vision, analytical skills, proactivity and good communication. **Advantage:** Possession of at least one of the following certifications: * Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM); * Project Management Professional (PMP); * Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI\-ACP); * Professional Scrum Master (PSM); * Certificate Scrum Master (CSM); * Business Process Management (BPM); * Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA); * Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP); * ISO 31000 Certification; * Risk Management Professional (PMI\-RMP); \- Corporate Risk Management (Enterprise Risk Management \- ERM).
