This person will be responsible for supporting personnel administration routines, ensuring benefit payments according to current agreements, as well as managing card transactions and purchases, recording medical certificates, monitoring absences and leaves, and assisting in labor processes.*** * Completed Bachelor's degree (a degree in HR or related fields will be a differentiator); * Previous experience in Payroll area regarding benefit payments; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Domínio, TOTVS, ADP, SENIOR, etc.); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Intermediate level); * Experience with benefit purchase systems (Tdmax, BRB mobilidade, Valeshop...). ### **BENEFITS** **Meal allowance: R$44.30** **Transportation voucher: According to commuting needs** **Health insurance (no co\-payment)** **Dental insurance (no co\-payment)** **SESC membership agreement** **Life insurance** **Funeral assistance** ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
