**N2 Field Support Technicians** Working hours schedule: 8am to 5pm, with possibility of additional activities after hours. **Immediate start** Service Area: **Federal District** **Summary:** Responsible for performing updates and maintenance on Linux servers installed in pharmacies, following a daily schedule and ensuring continuity of local systems. **Responsibilities:** Execute updates and post-implementation validations; Check services, logs, and connectivity; Record activities and escalate to N3 support when necessary. **Requirements:** Experience in N2 support and Linux (CLI, services, logs, packages); Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting; Familiarity with SSH, SCP, VNC, and Shell scripts. **Advantages:** Experience in large-scale update projects; Linux or ITIL certifications; Experience in retail environments. **Profile:** Organized, autonomous, and communicative.
