As a **Project Coordinator**, you will be part of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **Hybrid position on demand in Brasília/DF.** **Responsibilities and duties** On a day-to-day basis, we expect you to manage the following processes: * Identify and propose new business opportunities and strategic partnerships; * Gather and validate customer and stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies; * Support modeling of new projects and development of technical and commercial proposals; * Participate in strategic meetings with partner institutions and prospecting events; * Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, costs, and quality; * Perform integrated management, including risk control, procurement, communications, and stakeholder engagement; * Define and track performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare progress reports; * Promote the application of project management best practices (PMBOK and agile methodologies); * Propose continuous improvements and innovations in solutions and processes; * Monitor technological trends and suggest innovative actions applicable to projects; * Assess cost, benefits, and risks when adopting new technologies; * Disseminate an innovation culture and promote team development; * Facilitate coordination with institutions and partners, strengthening long-term relationships; * Represent the organization in strategic meetings and events, sharing results and best practices; * Ensure transparency and alignment among all stakeholders; * Support the manager in guiding and developing the team, promoting collaboration, alignment, and continuous learning; **Requirements and qualifications** What will be necessary for our perfect match: * Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related areas; * Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects and programs; * Solid experience in coordinating ICT projects, including management of multidisciplinary teams; * Experience in planning, developing, executing, monitoring, and reporting large-scale projects; * Strong knowledge of PMBOK best practices and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); * Experience in developing technical proposals and project documents such as work plans, terms of reference, and budgets; * Experience in prospecting and structuring ICT business opportunities, including relationship management with clients and strategic partners; * Experience in negotiation and formalization of technology contracts or partnerships; * Analytical skills to identify strategic opportunities and make data-driven decisions based on metrics and KPIs; * Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Planner, SharePoint); * Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English. **Desirable Requirements** * Certifications in project management and agile methods (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Lean, CBPP); * Experience in analyzing technological trends and applying innovation to ICT projects; * Knowledge in business modeling (Business Model Canvas), OKR, and process-based management (BPM); * Familiarity with design thinking, lean inception, and lean startup; * Understanding of public procurement processes for ICT, according to IN SGD/ME No. 94/2022 and Law No. 14\.133/2021; * Experience with social organizations and budget management; * Spanish language proficiency. **Additional information** Full Remote – Work safely and comfortably from home Infrastructure allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – complete with a surprise!
