Your main responsibilities will include: Plan, organize, and execute blood donation campaigns in partnership with companies, NGOs, educational and community institutions, aiming to expand the donor recruitment network. Maintain active relationships with donors, encouraging regular donations. Conduct daily visits to partner hospitals, directly approaching patients and/or their families to promote blood donation. Support donor registration in the system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Requirements and qualifications: Strong understanding of donor recruitment strategies and relationship-building activities. Solid experience in customer service, social campaigns, or community outreach. Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and empathy skills, with a results-driven mindset and team spirit.
