




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (44 hours per week) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code **1. Infrastructure and Network Services Management** * Configure and maintain network devices, routers, firewalls, and other essential IT infrastructure equipment. * Manage and ensure the availability and performance of servers, virtualization environments, and cloud-based infrastructure services (AWS). Maintain telecommunications infrastructure and ensure stability of internal and external networks. **2. Process Automation and Security** * Ensure CI/CD pipeline automation to enhance agility and continuous quality in development. Implement and monitor modern information security practices in applications, aligned with LGPD guidelines. * Define and implement security policies, including access control, privilege management, and data protection. * Cloud Service Management (AWS) * Manage instances, virtual machines, virtual networks, and other AWS resources. * Prepare and report administrative and financial information related to cloud resource usage. * Pursue continuous improvement in AWS environment management, including security updates and configurations. * **Technical Support** * Provide specialized technical support for infrastructure and databases, clarifying queries, resolving operational issues, training users, and developing support materials such as guides and FAQs. * Guide and train organizational teams and end users—either in-person or remotely—to promote correct use of IT tools and resources. **3. Service Management and Monitoring** * Monitor system, database, and network infrastructure performance, availability, and security. * Manage incidents, problems, changes, and improvements in IT environments, promoting efficient risk management and business continuity. * Support for Projects and Third-Party Contracts * Support monitoring of contracts with third-party companies responsible for system development, maintenance, or infrastructure support. * Track software development and maintenance projects, IT infrastructure, and network services. **4. Continuous Improvement and Innovation** * Seek process and technical procedure improvements using self-managed work management methods. * Research and propose innovative solutions regarding layout, tools, automation, performance, and security. * Basic Database Management Knowledge * Familiarity with databases used in the organization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). * Monitor periodic backups, track performance, optimize queries, perform database corrections, and conduct database updates. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related fields; **Preferred:** Specialization in Project Management; Requirements Elicitation course. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in the following areas: Information Systems, Databases, Infrastructure, Technical Support, and AWS. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in IT (e.g., Systems Analysis and Development, Network Administration, Information Systems, or related fields). * Experience administering servers (Linux and/or Windows). * Experience with networks and infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls). * Database knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server. * Experience with AWS (instances, VPC, permissions, security). * Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar). * Familiarity with automation scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or similar). * Experience providing technical support to users and internal teams. * Knowledge of IT Management. **Preferred:** * Specialization or certification in related areas (Infrastructure, Cloud, Security). * AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect – Associate). * Basic knowledge of PHP or another programming language.
