Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and reconciling financial entries, issuing payments, organizing documents, and preparing reports—optimizing processes and contributing to the company's financial health. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** * Control and reconcile financial entries using **ERP** systems to ensure data accuracy. * Issue and monitor payments and receipts, ensuring compliance with financial deadlines. * Organize fiscal and financial documents, maintaining compliance with accounting and tax regulations. * Prepare periodic financial reports to support team decision-making. * Update cash flow spreadsheets to monitor resource inflows and outflows. **?? How You Will Interact and Impact** * Collaborate with accounting and controllership departments to optimize internal financial processes. * Participate in the continuous improvement of financial procedures by proposing solutions to increase efficiency. * Communicate\-with suppliers and customers to resolve financial issues promptly. * Contribute to the company's financial health through rigorous monitoring of financial transactions. **Requirements:** **?? Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in **Business Administration**, **Accounting**, **Economics**, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Intermediate to advanced **English** proficiency for reading and interpreting financial documents. **?? Technical Competencies** * Advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Excel** suite, including financial functions and pivot tables. * Experience with financial management systems and ERP platforms, preferably **Totvs**, **SAP**, or similar. * Knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and accounts payable/receivable. * Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports. **?? Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail to ensure financial data accuracy. * Proactivity in identifying improvements to financial processes. * Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and suppliers. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure while maintaining delivery quality. **??
