We are seeking a Mid-Level DBA with strong expertise in data modeling to contribute within a robust, highly complex technical environment. You will take the lead in creating, evolving, and governing data structures—ensuring quality, performance, and consistency for client operations. Develop, analyze, and review conceptual, logical, and physical models. Use Erwin Data Modeler to create, document, and maintain database models. Collaborate with development squads to ensure technical alignment among services, integrations, and data structures. Assess the impact of changes, propose optimizations, and guarantee data integrity and consistency. Support the definition and maintenance of governance, naming, and versioning standards for models. Perform performance analyses and propose structural improvements to databases. Work jointly with engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and scalability needs. Act in a consultative capacity—recommending best practices and preventing structural issues. **Requirements for this challenge** Solid experience as a DBA or Data Modeler. Proficiency in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical). Advanced knowledge of table structures, primary/foreign keys, indexes, and relationships. Practical experience with Erwin Data Modeler. Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, or similar). Ability to analyze the structural impact of changes and propose appropriate technical solutions. Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Proactive profile with a critical eye for improvement opportunities. **Differentiators** Knowledge of high-scale and high-availability environments. Experience with data governance and documentation.
