Proficiency with systems such as REDESIM, Viabilidade, and Coletor Nacional We are seeking a Corporate Legalization / Corporate Governance Analyst to **join an accounting firm in Brasília**! This position will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and corporate processes of the company or its clients comply with current legislation. **Responsibilities:** * Incorporation, amendment, and dissolution of companies at all levels (municipal, state, and federal); * Regularization of companies before public agencies (Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue, Municipalities, etc.); * Drafting and reviewing corporate bylaws, minutes, and other corporate documents; * Monitoring deadlines and progress of legalization procedures; * Providing guidance on legal requirements and procedures to internal and external clients; * Issuing certificates, licenses, and permits; * Updating and maintaining corporate registrations with competent authorities; * Supporting the organization and archiving of corporate documents. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience with corporate legalization and corporate governance routines; * Knowledge of corporate legislation and procedures at agencies such as the Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue, Municipalities, etc.; * Proficiency with systems such as REDESIM, Viabilidade, Coletor Nacional, and others; * Accounting background; Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; * Experience in accounting firms; * Knowledge of family holding structures, consortium formation, corporations, and other more complex corporate formats.
