Support to executive management in strategic decision-making Evolve is seeking a professional with a strong analytical profile, critical thinking skills, and solid accounting experience to work on governance and validation of the group's accounting information. This position will play a strategic role at the interface among outsourced accounting, finance, controller function, external audits, and executive management, ensuring reliability of financial statements, consistency of accounting closings, and compliance with accounting and corporate regulations. We seek a candidate with a technical, investigative, and information-quality-oriented profile, capable of cross-checking data, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting executive management in strategic decision-making. **About Evolve** Evolve is one of the largest gym networks in Brazil's Central-West region, experiencing strong expansion and focused on operational excellence, governance, and innovation. This position will directly support a robust business group comprising multiple units, corporate structures, and ongoing strategic projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Validate monthly accounting closings for group companies; * Review accounting entries, provisions, classifications, reconciliations, and financial statements; * Ensure alignment among accounting, finance, tax, HR, and operations; * Consolidate financial statements and management reports; * Cross-check accounting information against financial and operational data, identifying discrepancies and risks; * Act as the primary interface between Evolve and outsourced accounting; * Validate balance sheet items, provisions, fixed assets, depreciation, loans, and intercompany transactions; * Support external audits, due diligence processes, and accountability procedures; * Assist in preparing accounting books and financial presentations for partners and executive management; * Participate in developing and validating economic-financial indicators; * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and corporate regulations; * Propose improvements to internal controls, processes, and information flows; * Support economic feasibility analyses and corporate structure assessments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC (Brazilian Accounting Council) registration; * Solid experience in accounting controller functions, auditing, or accounting management; * Experience with accounting closings and analysis of financial statements; * Experience with accounting consolidation; * Knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation; * Analytical mindset and high attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in external auditing or Big4 firms; * Experience working with corporate groups and multiple CNPJs (Brazilian corporate tax IDs); * Experience with due diligence and corporate governance; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Postgraduate degree in Controller Functions, Auditing, or Finance. **Behavioral Competencies** * Investigative and critical mindset; * Organization and discipline; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to collaborate across different departments; * Ethical conduct and confidentiality; * Sense of responsibility; **Additional Information** * On-site work model * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Business hours * Strategic collaboration with the finance executive team * **Location:** SIA Trecho 1 – Brasília/DF * **Meal Allowance** or **Food Voucher** (you have the freedom to use your benefit wherever needed!) * **Transportation Voucher** (Optional) * **Gym Scholarship** (because we care for those who care for us!) * **Wellness Partnerships** (discounts on services, health care, and quality-of-life offerings). * **Educational Partnerships** (special conditions and exclusive discounts at partner educational institutions).
