Job Summary: Professional responsible for verifying the validity of safety documentation, developing and delivering safety programs, and conducting onboarding and training. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for Occupational Safety Programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCMAT, and LTCAT) 2. Development and delivery of Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) 3. Conducting training on safety standards and procedures Verify the existence and validity of documentation related to ASO, PGR, and PCMSO, as well as mandatory complementary examinations, EPI and EPC record forms. Be responsible for Occupational Safety Programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCMAT, and LTCAT); Request, verify, and validate professional qualification certificates in accordance with legal requirements. Prepare weekly incident reports regarding safety activities for the Safety Coordination; Develop/prepare preventive and educational Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) according to project progress and needs, delivering them at the start of work shifts, except under exceptional circumstances; Onboard direct or indirect MO personnel concerning workplace safety standards. Verify technical documentation (procedure development, PR and PT); Conduct training on standards and procedures; Familiarity with NRs (Normative Rules) and relevant legislation is desirable. **Requirements:** Completed High School; Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Experience in the Civil Construction sector.
