**Responsibilities:**

Gather business requirements. Gather and analyze user stories. Collaborate closely with technology and business teams. Manage, slice, discard, and prioritize the product backlog — supporting the Product Owner.
Define sprint objectives. Define acceptance criteria for coded user stories. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business manager. Support users regarding system usage and creation/update of system user manuals.
### **Contractual Requirements**
* **Minimum Experience:**
+ 8 years in the technology field **OR**
+ 6 years \+ 2 recognized professional certifications
* **Academic Qualification:**
+ Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields **OR**
+ Bachelor's degree in any field \+ postgraduate degree in IT (minimum 360 hours)
* **Additional Qualifications:**
+ Postgraduate degree/MBA in Software Engineering **OR**
+ 3 professional certifications in the field of practice or agile methodologies

#### **1\. Agile Methodology (Scrum)**
* **User Story Creation:** Ability to translate business or customer needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements;
* **Acceptance Criteria Definition:** Ability to specify the conditions a feature must meet to be considered complete and correct.
* **Scrum Ceremonies:** Practical knowledge and active participation in events such as:
+ **Daily Scrum (Daily Stand-up):** Daily synchronization and planning.
+ **Sprint Planning:** Defining the sprint goal and sprint backlog.
+ **Sprint Review:** Demonstrating the developed product.
+ **Sprint Retrospective:** Continuous process improvement.
#### **2\. Technical Skills**
* **PostgreSQL Database:**
Experience in querying and writing *queries* (SQL queries), knowledge of data modeling,

Ability to create visual representations (wireframes, mockups, low- or high-fidelity prototypes) of an interface or functionality using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD...
Experience in testing and validating *design* and user experience prior to the coding phase.
