Perform operational tasks and assist with self-service activities to ensure agile, efficient service delivery, effective business execution, and achievement of established targets; * Assist and guide members toward the business platform, self-service channels, mobile banking, or teller counters, according to needs identified during direct interactions, thereby enabling faster service. Identify new business opportunities among members and refer them to Business Assistants and Business Managers. * Educate members about the cooperative’s digital channels so they can independently conduct self-service via the mobile app in future interactions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields enabling performance of the role. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet); * Must maintain active enrollment with a higher education institution throughout the entire internship period (internship renewed every six months). * Preferred qualifications: strong communication skills, ease of adapting to technology, prior experience with banking apps and ATMs; * Must reside in Argirita/MG. **Additional Information** **Nice to meet you—we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first financial cooperative.
