




Description: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, from the 2nd year onwards. * Excel knowledge is desirable. * Provide telephone and in-person customer service; * Organize patient registration data in the service management spreadsheet; * Schedule home visits for customers enrolled in the "Lado a Lado" Program by healthcare professionals, following the chronological order of services; * Contact customers by telephone to schedule home visits and record relevant visit information in the management spreadsheet; * Assist the Home Care team with telephone customer service; * Schedule patient transfers upon request by the team; * Conduct social assessments under the supervision of the department’s Social Worker; * Accompany the department’s Social Worker during home visits; * Maintain attendance lists for program participants; * Organize documents related to patients’ medical records; * Verify in the TOTVS system whether the plan of customers served by the "Lado a Lado" Program meets eligibility criteria (pre-payment and no exclusions); * Create service schedules containing information pertinent to home visits, after sending the schedules via e-mail to the professionals responsible for the services; * Authorize "Lado a Lado" Program forms in the TOTVS system; * Provide reception services to customers under the team’s supervision; * Complete documents (heel-prick test filter paper, heel-prick test protocol, correspondence notebook, and service forms) related to the "Bebê Unimed" Program; * Schedule and confirm appointments for customers attended by the physician of the "Lado a Lado" Program; * Enter NAIS service satisfaction survey results into the spreadsheet; * Support processes related to Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Programs, as well as administrative routines of the department, focusing on internal and external customer satisfaction; * Organize departmental documents and files; * Support the reception team in providing in-person customer service. 2512310202491931727
