Responsibilities and Duties The Senior Training Analyst at MB Labs is responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving the entire technical and behavioral training ecosystem of MB and Bankeiro, ensuring that people’s growth keeps pace with business growth. A strategic role with direct involvement in technical, behavioral, and leadership development—closely linked to performance, culture, retention, and results. TECHNICAL TRAINING (HARD SKILLS) * Design the company’s technical training strategy; * Create technical learning paths by role, seniority level, and tech stack; * Support the development and advancement of Tech Leads (levels 1 to 4\); * Design and deliver cultural and technical onboarding per area/project; * Identify recurring technical skill gaps and propose structured interventions; * Work with internal subject-matter experts as multipliers; * Align technical training with performance evaluations and Personal Development Plans (PDIs); * Support technical leaders in building more mature teams. BEHAVIORAL TRAINING (SOFT SKILLS) * Design behavioral learning paths by seniority level; * Develop programs in: * Professional communication; * Conflict management; * Leadership; * Autonomy and accountability; * MB Labs culture in practice; * Proactively intervene in teams showing early risk signals; * Ensure alignment between training, expected behaviors, and daily reality. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience in Fintechs and/or technology companies and/or complex digital environments; * Solid experience in Training & Development; * Experience with T&D metrics; * Participation in the creation of corporate universities or technical academies; * Create and maintain the annual training calendar; * Design learning paths, content, and materials; * Ensure training records, history, and evidence; * Standardize formats and methodologies; * Integrate training with People processes (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Leadership). 2512250202491836052
