Machine Operator - Printer

Description

We are seeking a **Senior Machine Operator \- PRINTER** to work in the printing department, operating graphic and cutting equipment with a focus on quality, productivity, and meeting deadlines. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that work orders are executed according to established standards, directly contributing to operational efficiency. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Operate printing and cutting machines according to work orders * Monitor production scheduling and PCP status * Verify files (dimensions, colors, dies, and other specifications) * Select appropriate printing materials (paper, canvas, fabric, inks, etc.) * Perform adjustments, calibration, and tests before and during production * Monitor print quality throughout the entire print run * Carry out preventive maintenance and minor corrective adjustments on machines * Record production data and maintain an organized history of work orders * Ensure workplace and equipment organization * Conduct final tests and fine adjustments on cutting machines * Strictly follow production orders and quality standards * Support training of new employees * Participate in technical meetings and training sessions * Comply with safety regulations and properly use PPE ### **✅ Requirements** * Completed High School education * Minimum 2 years of experience in the printing field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Basic knowledge of RIP software
