Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for integrating construction site activities with administration, controlling records, personnel, and materials, as well as providing support to engineers and foremen.

? Integrate construction site activities with company administration;
? Provide control information for project monitoring;
? Conduct surveys and control timekeeping records for the operational team;
? Manually record employee attendance on appropriate forms when necessary;
? Identify meal suppliers in the construction area and monitor daily consumption;
? Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to submit employee information and manage transportation vouchers;
? Jointly control uniforms and PPE with the warehouse keeper or site Safety Technician, requesting replenishment when needed;
? Guide the operational team regarding company administrative rules and procedures;
? Monitor overtime hours worked, absences, and lunch/dinner schedules of the operational team;
? Control entry and exit of equipment, machinery, and materials at the construction site;
? Monitor daily reports for heavy equipment and aggregates;
? Receive, control, and forward employees' medical certificates to the Human Resources Department;
? Prepare sketches of construction projects when requested or required;
? Allocate daily production and cost reports;
? Organize invoice allocations and production reports, then forward them to central measurement;
? Provide all necessary support to the Site Supervisor/Foreman and Production Engineers.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
