MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver personalized and courteous service to tenants and real estate agencies. Maintain contact with tenants and real estate agencies through various channels, clarifying doubts and conveying necessary information to facilitate Contract Activation or Renewal. Conduct research to verify potential pending issues with credit protection agencies. Issue payment slips (boletos) when the approved payment method is not by credit card. Complete reports documenting daily interactions with tenants and real estate agencies. Ensure data updates during the contract renewal process. Provide relevant information to other departments as needed. Monitor daily status of processes, contract expiration dates, and other controls. Collect payments and notify regarding contracts under your responsibility. Analyze contracts. Issue payment slips (boletos) if renewal cannot be processed via credit card. Follow up on payments to enable issuance of the renewal contract. Contract cancellation and reversals. Contribute to sustaining Imovpago’s mission, vision, and values.
