




Description: Prerequisites for this position: * Technical course in Chemistry, Environmental Science or related fields; * Active CRQ (Regional Council of Chemistry); * Minimum 1 year of experience in water/effluent treatment. Department mission: Outsourced operations are responsible for ensuring the perfect functioning of our client’s treatment plants, thereby preventing environmental pollution, complying with environmental legislation, and providing high-quality water for internal process use when required. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Operating in the operational area of water and effluent treatment plants (industrial and domestic) and water reuse systems, ensuring optimal performance; * Monitoring tank volumes; * Measuring temperature, pH, turbidity, settleable solids, and sludge settleability, according to internal procedures; * Preparing and replenishing chemicals essential to the treatment process; * Completing daily work control and quality control spreadsheets; * Checking operational indicators; * Operating and performing minor maintenance on equipment relevant to the area; * Managing and organizing the inventory of reagents, glassware, and laboratory equipment, reporting replenishment needs; * Collecting samples for laboratory analysis; * Performing low-complexity chemical analyses; * Prioritizing workplace organization and maintenance; * Keeping the workplace clean and organized. 251228020249954756
