Job Summary: We are looking for our first QA professional to lead software quality efforts, define processes, and perform both manual and automated testing in a dynamic startup environment. Balance between technical rigor and adaptability We are growing rapidly and have already assembled a strong development team (Backend .NET, Frontend, and Mobile React). Now, we seek our first QA professional — someone who will take ownership of software quality and help raise the bar across the entire company. Your Responsibilities: Be the first QA professional on the team, bringing experience and best practices from previous companies. • Define and implement QA processes, tools, and standards suitable for a startup environment. • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure deliverables meet both quality and speed requirements. • Our clients frequently request changes that must be delivered the same day or within a few days. Therefore, balancing rigor and adaptability is essential: we seek someone who can test effectively in a dynamic environment without compromising quality. • Perform both manual and automated tests (where appropriate), helping to establish a long-term quality foundation. Requirements: * Mid-to-senior level experience in QA / Software Testing. • Experience working in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and ability to apply them pragmatically. • Hands-on profile: you not only define processes but also execute them. • Preferred: experience in payment solutions / fintech.
