




**Main responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for different areas of the corporation. * Organize and monitor employee onboarding and training programs. * Support managers in implementing HR policies. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Contribute to a healthy, collaborative, and productive work environment. * Support the implementation of strategic people management initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced Excel knowledge. * Experience with the Senior system. * Experience in generalist HR routines (R\&S, T\&D, and organizational climate).
