After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who firmly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure product production quality by following the inspection plan, blocking non-conforming products, and supporting resolution of such blocks. * Conduct comparative tests, evaluating and inspecting products according to specifications and technical definitions to meet quality standards. * Prepare inspection, analysis, and non-conformance reports, as well as contribute to defect catalog creation. * Support production by assisting the operations team with required standards, disseminating quality best practices, and identifying improvement opportunities to minimize production and loading errors. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education — Mandatory * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Preferred **Worth noting:** Monday through Saturday, from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
