A multidisciplinary environment focused on high performance, scalability, and solution reliability. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate AI and data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business value generation. * Lead the AI and data team, organizing planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking. * Serve as a bridge between AI, software, and hardware teams, ensuring technical integration and end-to-end execution efficiency. * Define and maintain AI technical roadmaps aligned with innovation, operational efficiency, and business opportunities. * Translate requirements into prioritized initiatives, focusing on impact, ROI, and scalability. * Ensure technical quality, governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance of AI solutions. * Monitor project performance metrics (e.g., model accuracy, timeline adherence, ROI) and report results to leadership. * Promote continuous team development, strengthening a culture of collaboration, learning, and technical accountability. * Enhance organizational maturity in data and AI through processes, standards, and best practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 2 years leading technical teams. * Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, and RAG architectures. * Proficiency in Python and SQL (R is desirable), with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit\-learn. * Practical experience with MLOps, experiment and dataset tracking (e.g., MLflow, DVC, or similar tools). * Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). * Experience managing technical projects (Agile/Scrum). * Intermediate/advanced English for technical reading and writing. * Strong analytical ability, clear communication, and cross-technical-area integration skills. **Technical Differentiators:** * Experience with LLM fine\-tuning and frameworks such as LangChain or Hugging Face. * Experience in R\&D environments and hardware\-software integration. * Knowledge of DataOps pipelines (dbt, Airflow). * Experience in computer vision or embedded/edge AI. * Participation in external collaborative projects or technical partnerships. * Certifications in AI or project management. * Open\-source contributions, publications, or participation in technical conferences. * Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools. **Additional Information:** * Employment type: CLT * Work mode: Remote Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$16\.000,00 per month Work location: Remote
