Implementation and development of controlling instruments * **Job\-ID:** V000011550 * **Location:** Krieglach * **Start Date:** As soon as possible * **Employment Type:** Full\-time Your Responsibilities ------------- * Site controlling for Austrian and German locations (50 % each), based in Krieglach (AT), with willingness to travel to Germany (20–30 %) * Preparation of monthly internal reporting, including variance analyses and ad\-hoc evaluations * Responsibility for planning, budgeting, and reporting processes * Execution of cost type, cost center, and cost object accounting * Analysis and reporting of budget vs. target vs. actual comparisons * Manufacturing cost calculation, including internal cost and performance allocation * Post\-calculation at product, customer, and order level * Evaluation of investment and improvement projects * Conducting ad\-hoc analyses of relevant key performance indicators * Implementation and further development of controlling instruments, as well as preparation of decision\-supporting reports Your Profile ---------- * Completed degree in business administration (university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualification with focus on accounting/controlling * At least three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an industrial environment * Very good command of English, both written and spoken * Strong affinity for IT, especially advanced Excel skills, and ideally experience with SAP FI/CO * Strong process understanding, high numerical aptitude, and excellent analytical thinking skills * Very good communication skills and proactive approach toward internal and external contacts * Team\-oriented work style combined with assertiveness * Conscientious, reliable, and responsible personality * Hands\-on mentality and solution\-oriented working style What We Offer -------------- **Compensation and Benefits:** The collective agreement minimum gross salary for this position is € 3\.983,69 per month (paid 14 times per year).
