We believe that when producers grow, the agricultural sector grows—and we grow alongside them. **If you want to transform the agricultural sector with purpose and be part of something big, join us!** Tax Assistant Position – Industry Sector \- Provide support for the company’s tax routines, ensuring accurate tax entry and calculation, fulfillment of ancillary obligations, and compliance with current tax legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter and verify outgoing, incoming, service-provision, import, and export invoices. * Classify products tax-wise according to their NCM, CFOP, and CST codes. * Verify tax calculations, including ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, DIFAL, and ICMS ST. * Support tax calculation and generation of tax payment slips. * Assist in submitting ancillary obligations: SPED FISCAL, GIA, SPED CONTRIBUTIONS, DCTF WEB, REINF. * Support month-end tax closing. * File and calculate ISSQN declarations. * Control and organize tax files and electronic documents. * Issue invoices. * Register products. * Stay updated on changes in tax legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Minimum one year of experience in administrative activities. * Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines. * Knowledge of systems, behavioral competencies, organizational skills, and technical knowledge. **Additional Information** * **Five-Year Bonus** (additional monthly payment after five years of employment): 2% of base salary. * **Free Transportation:** Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, Crissiumal. * **Meal Allowance:** All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal card valued at R$300.00 per month, accepted at numerous establishments for food purchases only. * **Dental Plan:** Partnered with Odonto Excellence network, offering special discounts and flexible installment plans for employees and their legal dependents. * **Lunch:** On-site cafeteria with 80% subsidized meal cost. * **Student Support Allowance:** Annual minimum stipend for students pursuing technical or higher education. * **50% Reimbursement:** For specialization courses or training relevant to the employee’s role within the company. * **Education Partnerships:** Agreements with various educational institutions.
