You are applying for the position of **Production Coordinator.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Work in the production area at our Cheese Making, Slicing, and Compound processing unit; * Ensure management of production processes to achieve high productivity, quality, and team safety; * Monitor daily productivity and performance indicators of the unit; * Conduct daily interface with peers and maintain assertive communication with company departments; * Participate in investment management and oversee project execution; * Pursue new improvement projects to enhance line efficiency. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in the dairy industry; * Experience managing people and food production processes; * Teamwork skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, communication skills, productivity orientation, and dynamism; * Willingness to travel.
