Description: About the position: We are looking for a Junior Software Quality Analyst to join our team, focusing on ensuring the excellence of our products—especially mobile projects. You will be responsible for being on the front line of quality, performing manual tests and identifying areas for improvement, with an attentive and proactive mindset to ensure no issue goes unnoticed. We seek someone agile enough to navigate a dynamic and challenging environment, closely collaborating with development teams and Product Owners, actively contributing to the delivery of robust, high-quality solutions. Although the initial focus is on manual testing, the area is transitioning toward automation, offering learning and growth opportunities. Key responsibilities: * Execute manual test cases and analyze results. * Evaluate the product according to specifications and requirements. * Create detailed logs to document test phases and defects found. * Report bugs and errors clearly and concisely to development teams. Required qualifications: * Proven experience in manual software testing. * Knowledge and experience in mobile application testing, primarily focused on Android. * Familiarity with project and bug tracking tools such as Jira. * Ability to emulate Android devices using Android Studio. * Proactive, detail-oriented profile with strong critical thinking skills to identify and report issues. * Good communication skills and adaptability to work with diverse profiles. Desirable qualifications (a plus): * Knowledge of iOS mobile application testing. * Basic knowledge of API testing. * Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Kanban. * Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail (integrated with Jira). * Familiarity with Robot Framework or other test automation tools.
