Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for ensuring infrastructure, information security, technical support, planning technological improvements, as well as managing projects and vendors. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for ensuring IT infrastructure and information security. 2. Manages technical support, IT projects, and vendors. 3. Plans technological improvements and process optimization. **IT Supervisor** * Ensure the operation of technology infrastructure (servers, networks, computers, and systems). * Manage technical support for users (help desk), ensuring prompt and efficient service. * Monitor information security, access policies, backups, and data protection. * Oversee maintenance and updates of systems and software used by the company. * Plan technological improvements and propose solutions to optimize internal processes. * Control contracts and requirements with technology vendors and IT service providers. * Prepare departmental performance reports and IT metrics. * Ensure the availability and integrity of company information. * Support and oversee projects for implementing new systems or technologies. Location: Santa Maria/RS Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Compensation: Salary + Transportation Allowance + Worker's Food Program + Health Insurance (100% company-paid family group monthly premium) + Dental Insurance + Group Life Insurance + Education Incentive Program **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Information Technology * Preferred: Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in the following activities: \- Network and server administration. \- Basic SQL knowledge \- Oracle database; \- Information security and backup. \- ERP systems. \- Incident management and technical support. \- Technology project management.
