Update property, customer, and contract information in the real estate company's system. Support scheduling of client and broker visits and meetings. Record interactions and maintain up-to-date reports. Provide administrative support to the team while maintaining office organization. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretary, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
