Data and performance indicator analysis for optimization The Production Engineering Intern is responsible for assisting in project development, analysis of production processes, and continuous improvement. This role involves supporting the engineering team, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and participating in technical meetings. The intern has the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Production Engineering, contributing to professional development. * Support the development and monitoring of maintenance continuous improvement projects. * Contribute to automation and standardization of maintenance operational processes, forms, and records. * Monitor the preparation and control of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and execution of planned actions. * Support equipment leasing contract management, controlling lease terms, lease status, and operational conditions. * Contribute to controlling and monitoring fleet operational costs. * Conduct maintenance data and performance indicator analyses to identify optimization opportunities. * Participate in technical meetings with the engineering and maintenance teams to discuss solutions, improvement opportunities, and monitor project progress. * Support the preparation of technical reports and presentations on ongoing projects. * Contribute to implementing quality, productivity, and continuous improvement management tools. * Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant operational data to support decision-making. * Assist in identifying bottlenecks in maintenance processes and propose solutions. * Participate in operational and alignment meetings, contributing to integration between planning and execution departments. * Monitor implementation of improvements aligned with the company’s integrated management system. * Actively participate in internal training and capacity-building sessions aimed at continuously enhancing technical and behavioral competencies. * Stay updated on trends, best practices, and innovations in Production Engineering and Maintenance Management. * Perform other related duties as required and directed by the immediate supervisor.
